      • Confusing Message

        The read message on top of edit project setting is really confusing. It makes the impression that you did something wrong. But actually you just pressed edit button. It is there to warn you that you can make something wrong. But the read text implies that you already did it.

          Thank you for your feedback. The red message on the top seems too strong as you say. We’ll consider to make the warning less confusing by changing its location or color.

        • [BUG] page not found

          When I click on the Changelog hyperlink inside the Backlogtool Dashboard (page bottom) then I recieve a error page message

          • auto-save for the comment input field

            I just typed out a long LOOONNNG comment / description and when I clicked SUBMIT button, there was an error page which instructed me to go back and try again. Alas, the input field was empty and I had to start again... Either an auto-save function or a manual save button would be wonderful so that users don't have to type out text in other applications and cut-paste into your site.

              We’ll look into the issue and plan something, such as auto-save or manual save button as you suggest, so that you won’t need to type the same comment when you come back from the error page.

            • Unable to change password to login

              Tried multiple times, I can get the email to reset my password. Clicking the link, I go to the "please reset your password" screen. I enter and confirm my new password, then get a "success" page. I click to go back to the login page, try to use the new password, and am given an "Unknown user or password" error code.
